He's chewed through 8 cell phone chargers, 3 sets of speaker wires, 1 USB cord, and his latest conquest was a mouse. Not the scurrying "eep eep" kind, but the one attached to my computer. This all despite our best efforts to discourage the behavior, hide cords behind object, and develop a sixth sense.

When he's not jumping up the walls, playing cheetah, or pouncing on his sister, he enjoys climbing and entertaining himself with the countless number of toys and ping-pong balls we have around the house.
He is very vocal, but it's mostly constant chirping sounds that sound like he's saying 'bert, bert', however, he's letting his delicate little meow out more and more. I love it and try to get him to talk to me as much as possible.
Henry is a hard sleeper (he wears himself out), a dedicated cuddler and much to my great delight an excellent lap cat.

Henry you are a handsome mancat!
You are lovely and I bet your glad to have a forever home too!
Try either a weak solution of hot pepper sauce or the stuff you buy over the counter at the drugstore to keep from biting fingernails to paint your cords. It worked for us and a dog, once.
Henry is so strikingly handsome. His fur looks lush and soft. I am a sucker for a mischievous cat, I must say. And Henry fits the bill. What a wonderful character.
Oh Henry, you naughty boy! You're so cute and lovable that even your naughtiness is adorable :)
Ditto, DocWalk,
Please do something about the cord chewing if possible - they can electrocute themselves, resulting in some nasty mouth burns, or worse!!
He is so handsome!!!
My previously only cat used to chew cords in half all of the time -- and only the thin cords like you described too. We tried that bad tasting stuff -- didn't deter her. So we got her a "little sister" to keep her entertained. The cord chewing has stopped because she's too busy being nosey and wondering what her sister is doing.
So there's an idea for you. Whether it would stop Henry remains to be seen, but we all here know that kitten would get a great home!!!!
Henry, you're gonna make me swoon!
Fingers crossed on the cords... my Winnie did that when she was young but grew out of it after a year or so (of desperately hiding cords)... so with your recent anniversary, maybe it won't be too much longer.

He is more gorgeous every day!
He looks like my boyfriend and from your behavioral descriptions must act much the same way. My boyfriend is also a cat btw.
