Henry "Winkler"
Henry has winky eyes. It alternates between the two. Here he is giving his best Popeye impersonation, practicing his pirate moves or signaling to Agnes that he got her directives on doing something naughty.

Or reminding us that he's a dashing young tomcat, despite certain events that curtailed some typical tomcat activities!
Oh, that's a secret signal of some sort, right enough! I suspect Agnes got the message.......
