Dat_10_kids

Things are good at our house. The kittens are getting a little bigger and more bold every day. They reach new heights of kitten energy, but it's all very fun to watch. They've discovered the joy of attacking the area rugs (great for bunny-kicking), swatting at the computer monitor as I scroll and move the cursor around, ambushing each other from greater heights, and they cornered their first spider, last night.

They get so squirrely and resist calming down for as long as they can. There is a twilight period where they groom each other, chew on one another's tail, and give a half-hearted wrestle before the squinty eyes close for a hard snooze.

What beautiful babies...and so sweet when they cuddle together.

You guys were meant to be a family :-)

Don't you just love those all-out expenditures of energy!? Then it's "crash, out like trout," which is just as endearing. Our tiny herd prefers 11 p.m. for their intense playtime, which we refer to as their Nightly Shenanigans.

Ohhhhhh...how soft and fuzzy and overall kitteny! It's wonderful to see them in their new home and to hear about their exploits.

If only we could bottle kitten energy...

Thanks for sharing!
